You will be guided into some level of an expanded consciousness in our work. Your spiritual purpose, vision and meaning may clarify and this may positively impact your life and work. This is the main reason to work with me.

I am highly clairvoyant and accurately intuitive. I will receive and transmit a purposeful energy and direct messages that may be beneficial for your experience. I walk between worlds and navigate realms with clarity and precision. 

Finally, I hold a rock solid, steady presence that can transcend the depths of human suffering and difficulty. I am fully present with pain and challenge with an open heart and steady presence. I support you in encountering the poignant beauty that exists in suffering. 

A session with me is primarily an intuitive, experiential, energetic experience. You can expect the following sequence in our session:

• 10 minutes of preparation to clarify your sacred question or life circumstance that we will bring into an Expanded State of Consciousness.
• 30 minutes of Expanded State of Consciousness Work to support you in a liminal, sleep-wake state. We will engage back-and-forth in conscious, connected conversation.
• 10 minutes of integration and processing regarding your experience including a custom integration method that will support you to follow what is calling to you.

During the Expanded State of Consciousness experience, you may feel slightly sleepy or like you are in a waking dream state. You will be fully aware of your surroundings. You will sit up in the session with your eyes open or closed and you will be actively, safely and intentionally held and supported.

You may notice sensations in your body or in the space around you that feel different or new to you. You may begin to draw associations to your experience in the session with your meaning and purpose and the next steps you need to take.

You may have spiritual experiences that are extraordinary, in that you may see a vision, hear wisdom, know insight or feel a next step. Your own spiritual senses will inform your experience and I will gently guide you to pay attention to these signs and symbols that create your reality.

I will help you create associations between your experience and how you are being invited to lead beyond yourself.

In the session, you will be supported to experience some level of an expanded state of consciousness through my custom induction method. The technique is accessible and universal. It will include:

• Vision techniques
• Breathwork
• Body awareness

In addition to my custom method, what makes a session different is that I will attune to and download from a source of information (with your consent) that can support your consciousness expansion. This source is called many terms – information field, quantum field, dimensional realms, cloud of witnesses, ground of being, unity consciousness, Source or God.

I work with you in a reciprocal nature to receive and transmit the information and energy that you need. I hold an intentional, intense presence that can support shifting your awareness and facilitating transformative work. 

Yes!

You do not need to be at a distinct spiritual stage to meet with me. However, you do need to have a willingness to enter an expanded state of consciousness that is non-mental and open to working at a deep level. You also need to be ready to step outside of yourself and your own limitations.

I come from a Judeo-Christian faith tradition and hold a Divinity degree in addition to my background in psychology. My perspective has expanded beyond my personal and professional roots, while remaining in appreciation and gratitude for the solid container of religious teaching and training that supports the process.

I use many terms to describe my spiritual work to create accessibility and inclusion for where you are at in your own journey. Your faith journey will be respected, honored and incorporated into our session together.

Here are the working definitions of these terms that we will use together:

• Expanded States of Consciousness –ordinary, waking consciousness is when your Default Mode Network (thinking mind) is active and engaged. Ordinary, waking consciousness is like business as usual. You will enter gently a level of a non-ordinary state that is often called a sleep-wake state. It may feel to you slightly like the sensation of waking up or falling asleep at night. You may feel half awake/half asleep.

• Consciousness –these are physiological states (wake, sleep, non-ordinary, ordinary) that you naturally experience. You become more aware of these states and their spiritual meaning.
• Transpersonal –experiences and ways of being in the world that go beyond the individual. You will become more aware of a reality beyond yourself.
• Dimensional –there are many planes of existence that we relate to in our experience and they provide meaning and purpose. You will experience these dimensions directly.
• Interconnected –human experience is a series of parts that connect with the whole. You will become connected with a feeling of connection with everyone and everything (a unity).
• Transcendent –life circumstances are spiritual symbols that extend beyond the physical world. You will learn how to move through or go beyond personal, lived circumstances to discover an expanded perspective.

You will be sitting up and can choose to have your eyes opened or closed. You will follow my gentle prompts that use patterns of focusing and breathing. I will ask you often what you are experiencing and I will use your feedback to gently expand the experience together. 

You will be the agent of your own experience, and you likely will not look strange or act odd. You may feel different, like you are suspended. You will be in a gentle and natural container of experience.

I charge $250 USD for a 50-minute session with a 20-minute follow up booked about 7-10 days after your session. A sliding scale may be available upon request.

You will get a lot out of a 50-minute session. Typically, individuals meet with me once a month and the energy of the session provides a deep level of insight, transformation and connection to support manifestation and transcendence. You will walk away with what you may need in one session to support you for a few months.
